Wasp Woman

Cartoonist and writer Josh Way provides humorous commentary on this “classic” 1959 Roger Corman flick. The Wasp Woman tells the oh-so-progressive story of Janice Starlin (Susan Cabot), a successful-but-aging cosmetics executive who is destroyed by her own obsession with youth and beauty (SPOILER, by the way). Josh does his best to make it entertaining. Also includes a bonus short, “Cindy Goes to a Party.” Bill Corbett of Mystery Science Theater 3000 says “Josh Way is the real thing, baby!” Josh is the creator of the comic strip Chronicle (www.chroniclecomic.com), a contributor to Mike Nelson’s Rifftrax.com and a writer for the Incognito Cinema Warriors XP. NOTE: Contains original movie audio on a separate track.

Approx. 100 mins.
