Description
Dr. Igor Markoff is the titular “Monster Maker,” though his status as such depends greatly on your definition of “monster.” If you think people with rare, debilitating diseases are monsters, then Markoff’s your man (you monster). Anyway, that’s the movie. There’s also a guy and a lady and this other guy. Cartoonist Josh Way provides running commentary on this “classic” film.
